patch 8.2.0067: ERROR_UNKNOWN clashes on some systems
Problem: ERROR_UNKNOWN clashes on some systems.
Solution: Rename ERROR_ to FCERR_. (Ola S?der, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/5415)
