patch 8.2.3712: cannot use Vim9 lambda for 'tagfunc'
Problem: Cannot use Vim9 lambda for 'tagfunc'.
Solution: Make it work, add more tests. (Yegappan Lakshmanan, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/9250)
