patch 8.2.4556: test fails without the +job or +channel feature
Problem: Test fails without the +job or +channel feature. (Dominique Pell?)
Solution: Adjust #ifdefs. Pass on skip flag. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/9942)
