patch 9.0.0120: MS-Windows GUI: cannot use AltGr + Space
Problem: MS-Windows GUI: cannot use AltGr + Space.
Solution: Check for VK_MENU instead of VK_LMENU. (Anton Sharonov,
closes #10820, closes #10753)
