patch 7.4.1437
Problem: Old system doesn't have isinf() and NAN. (Ben Fritz)
Solution: Adjust #ifdefs. Detect isnan() and isinf() functions with
configure. Use a replacement when missing. (Kazunobu Kuriyama)
