    patch 8.2.1615: Vim9: cannot pass "true" to searchdecl()

    Problem:    Vim9: cannot pass "true" to searchdecl().
    Solution:   use tv_get_bool_chk(). (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6881)
