    patch 8.0.1254: undefined left shift in gethexchrs()

    Problem:    Undefined left shift in gethexchrs(). (geeknik)
    Solution:   Use unsigned long. (idea by Christian Brabandt, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/2255)
