patch 9.0.0676: CI on Mac M1 with gcc actually uses clang
Problem: CI on Mac M1 with gcc actually uses clang.
Solution: Remove the gcc task. (Ozaki Kiichi, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/11297)
