patch 9.0.0649: no indication the first line is broken for 'smoothscroll'
Problem: No indication when the first line is broken for 'smoothscroll'.
Solution: Show "<<<" in the first line.

Vim Vi IMproved. A clone of the UNIX text editor Vi. Very useful for editing programs and other plain ASCII text. Full Vi compatibility and includes all Ex commands.
