Problem: bufload() reads a file even if the name is not a file name. (Cyker
Way)
Solution: Do not read the file when the buffer name is not a file name.
(closes #10975)

When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim. See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory. If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
