patch 8.2.4181: Vim9: cannot use an import in 'diffexpr'
Problem: Vim9: cannot use an import in 'diffexpr'.
Solution: Set the script context when evaluating 'diffexpr'. Do not require
'diffexpr' to return a bool, it was ignored anyway.
