patch 8.2.4032: ATTRIBUTE_NORETURN is not needed
Problem: ATTRIBUTE_NORETURN is not needed.
Solution: Use NORETURN(). (Ozaki Kiichi, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/9487)
