patch 8.2.1602: Vim9: cannot use 'true" with getbufinfo()
Problem: Vim9: cannot use 'true" with getbufinfo().
Solution: Use dict_get_bool(). (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6873)

The autoload directory is for standard Vim autoload scripts. These are functions used by plugins and for general use. They will be loaded automatically when the function is invoked.
