patch 8.1.1009: MS-Windows: some text is not baseline aligned
Problem: MS-Windows: some text is not baseline aligned.
Solution: Use bottom alignment. (Taro Muraoka, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/4116, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/1520)
