patch 8.1.0990: floating point exception with "%= 0" and "/= 0"
Problem: Floating point exception with "%= 0" and "/= 0".
Solution: Avoid dividing by zero. (Dominique Pelle, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/4058)
