patch 8.0.1278: GUI window always resizes when adding scrollbar
Problem: GUI window always resizes when adding/removing a scrollbar,
toolbar, etc.
Solution: Add the 'k' flag in 'guioptions' to keep the GUI window size and
change the number of lines/columns instead. (Ychin, closes #703)

README_src.txt for version 8.0 of Vim: Vi IMproved. The source archive contains the files needed to compile Vim on Unix systems. It is packed for Unix systems (NL line separator). For more information, see the README.txt file that comes with the runtime archive (vim-8.0-rt.tar.gz). To be able to run Vim you MUST get the runtime archive too!
