patch 8.0.0284: collapse buffers test failed once
Problem: The Test_collapse_buffers() test failed once, looks like it is
flaky.
Solution: Add it to the list of flaky tests.

Vim Vi IMproved. A clone of the UNIX text editor Vi. Very useful for editing programs and other plain ASCII text. Full Vi compatibility and includes all Ex commands. Version 8.0. Also runs under UNIX, MS-Windows, Mac, etc. vim80rt.tgz contains the documentation and syntax files. vim80bin.tgz contains the binaries. vim80src.tgz contains the sources.
