updated for version 7.3.814
Problem: Can't input multibyte characters on Win32 console if 'encoding' is
different from current codepage.
Solution: Use convert_input_safe() instead of convert_input(). Make
string_convert_ext() return an error for incomplete input. (Ken
Takata)

README_amibin.txt for version 7.3 of Vim: Vi IMproved. See "README.txt" for general information about Vim. See "README_ami.txt" for installation instructions for the Amiga. These files are in the runtime archive (vim60rt.tgz). The Amiga "bin" archive contains the Vim executable for the Amiga. It was compiled with "big" features. Postscript printing is not included to avoid requiring floating point computations.
