updated for version 7.3.301 Problem: When 'smartindent' and 'copyindent' are set a Tab is used even though 'expandtab' is set. Solution: Do not insert Tabs. Add a test. (Christian Brabandt)

When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim.
See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory.

If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
