updated for version 7.3.1151 Problem: New regexp engine: Slow when a look-behind match is followed by a zero-width match. Solution: Postpone the look-behind match more often.

When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim.
See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory.

If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
