updated for version 7.3.1131 Problem: New regexp engine is a bit slow. Solution: Do not clear the state list. Don't copy syntax submatches when not used.

When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim.
See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory.

If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
