Solution: Refactor the loop by moving while loop conditions into the body of the while loop so they can be shared with skip conditions. `break` and an `active` variable are used to handle the outcome of these merged conditions. It is packed for Unix systems (NL line separator).

For more information, see the README.txt file that comes with the runtime
archive (vim-9.1-rt.tar.gz).  To be able to run Vim you MUST get the runtime
archive too!
