patch 8.2.0666: Ruby test fails on MS-Windows
Problem: Ruby test fails on MS-Windows.
Solution: Remove the "maintainer" line. (Ken Takata, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6015)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
