patch 8.0.0950: MS-Windows: wrong #ifdef, compiler warnings
Problem: MS-Windows: wrong #ifdef, compiler warnings for signed/unsigned.
Solution: Change variable type. Change TERMINAL to FEAT_TERMINAL.
