Problem: No test for strwidth().
Solution: Add a test. (Dominique Pelle, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/2931)

These files are in the runtime archive (vim81rt.tgz). The Amiga source archive contains the files needed to compile Vim on the Amiga.
