patch 8.0.0522: Win32: when 'clipboard' is "unnamed" yyp does not work
Problem: MS-Windows: when 'clipboard' is "unnamed" yyp does not work in a
:global command.
Solution: When setting the clipboard was postponed, do not clear the
register.
