patch 8.2.1499: Vim9: error when using "$" with col()
Problem: Vim9: error when using "$" with col().
Solution: Reorder getting the column value. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6744)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
