patch 9.0.1435: scrolling too many lines when 'wrap' and 'diff' are set
Problem: Scrolling too many lines when 'wrap' and 'diff' are set.
Solution: Only scroll by screenlines for 'diff' when 'wrap' is not set.
(closes #12211)
