patch 8.2.1811: mapping Ctrl-key does not work for '{', '}' and '|'
Problem: Mapping Ctrl-key does not work for '{', '}' and '|'.
Solution: Remove the shift modifier. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6457)
