Problem: Test 17 fails on MS-Windows. Includes line break in file name
everywhere.
Solution: Fix 'fileformat'. Omit CR-LF from a line read from an included
file.

Inserts 10000 lines with text to fill the swap file with two levels of pointer blocks. Then recovers from the swap file and checks all text is restored.
