patch 8.2.0833: mapping <C-bslash> doesn't work in the GUI
Problem: Mapping <C-bslash> doesn't work in the GUI.
Solution: Reset seenModifyOtherKeys when starting the GUI. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6150)
