patch 8.2.4498: using <Plug> with "noremap" does not work
Problem: Using <Plug> with "noremap" does not work.
Solution: Always remap <Plug>. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/9879, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/9789)
