patch 7.4.1263
Problem: ch_open() hangs when the server isn't running.
Solution: Add a timeout. Use a dict to pass arguments. (Yasuhiro Matsumoto)

Inserts 10000 lines with text to fill the swap file with two levels of pointer blocks. Then recovers from the swap file and checks all text is restored.
