patch 8.1.2251: ":term command" may not work without a shell
Problem: ":term command" may not work without a shell.
Solution: Add the ++shell option to :term. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/3340)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
