patch 8.2.1588: cannot read back the prompt of a prompt buffer
Problem: Cannot read back the prompt of a prompt buffer.
Solution: Add prompt_getprompt(). (Ben Jackson, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6851)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
