patch 8.0.1027: more terminals can't handle requesting cursor mode
Problem: More terminals can't handle requesting cursor mode.
Solution: Recognize Putty. (Hirohito Higashi) Also include Xfce in the
version check. (Dominique Pelle) Recognize Konsole.
