patch 8.2.0786: channel test is flaky on FreeBSD
Problem: Channel test is flaky on FreeBSD.
Solution: Set the sockiet TCP_NODELAY option. Adjust expected line count in
netbeans test. (Ozaki Kiichi, closes #6097)
