patch 8.1.0377: xdiff doesn't use the Vim memory allocation functions
Problem: Xdiff doesn't use the Vim memory allocation functions.
Solution: Change the xdl_ defines. Check for out-of-memory. Rename
"ignored" to "vim_ignored".
