patch 8.1.1791: 'completeslash' also applies to globpath()
Problem: 'completeslash' also applies to globpath().
Solution: Add the WILD_IGNORE_COMPLETESLASH flag. (test by Yasuhiro
Matsumoto, closes #4760)
