patch 8.0.0927: if a terminal job sends a blank title "running" is not shown
Problem: If a terminal job sends a blank title "running" is not shown.
Solution: When the title is blank make it empty.

Inserts 10000 lines with text to fill the swap file with two levels of pointer blocks. Then recovers from the swap file and checks all text is restored.
