patch 8.1.0435: cursorline highlight not removed in some situation
Problem: Cursorline highlight not removed in some situation. (Vitaly
Yashin)
Solution: Reset last_cursorline when resetting 'cursorline'. (Christian
Brabandt, closes #3481)
