patch 9.0.1729: screenpos() wrong when w_skipcol and cpoptions+=n
Problem: screenpos() wrong result with w_skipcol and cpoptions+=n
Solution: Use adjust_plines_for_skipcol() instead of subtracting
w_skipcol.
