patch 9.0.0347: MS-Windows: cannot set cursor shape in Windows Terminal
Problem: MS-Windows: cannot set cursor shape in Windows Terminal.
Solution: Make cursor shape work with Windows Terminal. (Ken Takata,
closes #11028, closes #6576)
