11 To compile Vim yourself you need three archives:
12 vim-X.X-rt.tar.gz runtime files

16 Compilation is recommended, in order to make sure that the correct
17 libraries are used for your specific system. However, you might not be
18 able to compile Vim, read more from src/INSTALLvms.txt.
