Problem: 'clipboard' "autoselect" only applies to the * register. (Sergey
Vakulenko)
Solution: Make 'autoselect' work for the + register. (Christian Brabant)
Add the "autoselectplus" option in 'clipboard' and the "P" flag in
'guioptions'.
