patch 8.0.0146: termguicolors uses wrong colors on MS-Windows with ConEmu
Problem: When using 'termguicolors' on MS-Windows the RGB definition causes
the colors to be wrong.
Solution: Undefined RGB and use our own. (Gabriel Barta)
