patch 8.2.3545: setcellwidths() may make 'listchars' or 'fillchars' invalid
Problem: setcellwidths() may make 'listchars' or 'fillchars' invalid.
Solution: Check the value and give an error. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/9024)
