    patch 8.2.1601: Vim9: cannot use 'true" with garbagecollect()

    Problem:    Vim9: cannot use 'true" with garbagecollect().
    Solution:   Use tv_get_bool(). (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6871)
