    Problem:    Cannot set 'dictionary' to a path.
    Solution:   Allow for slash and backslash.  Add a test (partly by Daisuke
                Suzuki, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/1279, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/1284)
