    patch 7.4.1758
    Problem:    Triggering CursorHoldI when in CTRL-X mode causes problems.
    Solution:   Do not trigger CursorHoldI in CTRL-X mode. Add "!" flag to
                feedkeys() (test with that didn't work though).
